  1. Where can I find information for a shipment that has been sent to me?
    Call 520-792-0335 or check your tracking number online
     
  2. Where could I find instructions for Tracking my shipment?
    Log into your account and go to My Booking List tab.
     
  3. What can be shipped in the box?
    The content in the box should not exceed the weight specification of the box. Contents should be compatible with the container and packed securely to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling.
    Please refer to the list of restricted and banned items, for further reference.
     
  4. Where can I get the ‘Price & Delivery time’ estimate for my shipment?
    Our rates can be found online under the Services tab, the estimated time for the delivery can be found with your tracking number

  5. How can I change the address of shipment that is not yet been delivered?
    If the freight is destinated for the Phoenix area call 602-254-0666 ask for dispatch
    If the freight is destinated for the Tucson area call 520-792-0335
     
  6. Do you have a list of Express-It Terminals in various locations?
    We have two locations, one in Phoenix and one in Tucson, see our contact page for further information.
     
  7. What kind of shipments cannot be booked through Express-It?
    Hazardous Materials that needs placards and or over 1,000 lbs.
     
  8. Responsibilities for packaging and completing the Bill of Lading
    You are responsible for adequately packaging your goods and for properly filling out the Bill of Lading because the number of packages and weight per package are critical to our ability to correctly bill you, any omission of this information from this bill will result in a billing based on our best estimate of the number of packages received from you and an estimated “default” weight per package, as determined and periodically adjusted by us.
     
  9. Limitations on our liability
    Our liability for loss or damage to your package is limited to your actual damages or $50.00 whichever is less, unless you pay for and declare a higher value, you may pay 25 cents for each additional $100.00 of declared value. If you declare a higher value and pay the additional charge, our liability will be the lesser of your declared value of your package.

    Our liability for delays not caused by our negligence shall be limited to a refund of your delivery charges.

    We won’t be liable for your acts or omissions, including but not limited to improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking or addressing, or for the acts or omissions of the recipient or anyone else with an interest in the package. Also, we won’t be liable if you or the recipient violates any of the terms or agreement.

    Finally, we won’t be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events we cannot reasonably foresee or control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and quarantine officials) with actual or apparent authority.

  10. Responsibility for Payment
    Even if you give us different payment instructions, you will always be primarily responsible for all delivery costs, as well as any costs we may incur in either returning your package to you or warehousing it pending disposition.

  11. No Claims allowed on
    Artwork, jewelry, precious metals, negotiable instruments, fuiture, electronics, glass, and overhanging freight on pallets.
     
  12. Qualified Acceptance
    We reserve the right to reject a shipment after acceptance and prior to the performance of any portion of the transportation service, when such shipment would be likely to cause or damage or delay to other shipments, equipment or personal, or if the transportation of which is prohibited by law.
     
  13. How do I know the ‘Right Service’ for my shipment?
    Same Day Shipments will be delivered the same day before 5:30 PM.
    Same Day Shipments must be called in no later than 10:00 AM.

    Overnight Shipments will be delivered the next day between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
    Overnight Shipments must be called in no later than 3:00 PM.

    Overnight 10 AM Shipments will be delivered the next day before 10:00 AM.
    Overnight 10 AM Shipments must be called in no later than 3:00 PM

    Saturday Shipments will be delivered on Saturday after 8:00 AM
    Saturday Shipments must be called in no later than 3:00 PM on Friday!

    Saturday Hold on Dock Shipment needs to be picked up on Saturday at our Terminal between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM.

    Exclusive Service will be picked up by the closest driver and delivered A.S.A.P.
